The third Annual Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival and BBQ will take over the Ajax Tavern patio on Labor Day. The party will feature unlimited oysters on the half shell, Oysters Casino and other creative oyster hors d’oeuvres including the famed Rocky Mountain oyster. The event is all you can eat/drink.

Bike with the element 47 award-winning wine team – Wine Director & Master Sommelier, Carlton McCoy and Assistant Food & Beverage Director, Csaba “Chubby” Oveges – as they road bike to Emma Farms for the ultimate farm-to-table dinner.

All six signature suites at The Little Nell were recently renovated by interior designer Holly Hunt in time for the 2014-2015 ski season, offering elegant and sophisticated “Aspen modern” ambiance in addition to magnificent views of Aspen Mountain.

Jonathan Fillman joins The Little Nell as Hotel Manager. He comes to Aspen from Breckenridge, Colo., where he was the General Manager of Mountain Thunder Lodge. Prior to his time there, Fillman was the Director of Rooms for the Bimini Bay Resort and Marina in the Bahamas.

With all six suites recently renovated by interior designer Holly Hunt, new luxury experience – including fly fishing – being offered through the Adventure Center and plenty of reasons to kick back and enjoy good food and wine.
