For the fifth consecutive year, The Little Nell served as the host venue for the Court of Master Sommeliers' Master Diploma Exams this week, where the Tasting and Service Exams were held. Of the 63 candidates vying for Master status, three were successful in their bid to earn the coveted red pin.

Patrick Dunn has been named Chef de Cuisine at element 47 at The Little Nell, following several years sowing his oats and rising the ranks at Aspen’s only Five-Star restaurant.

The Little Nell is presenting a spicy evening to the tune of curry, ginger, saffron and cardamom flavors on Saturday, May 14, with the next installment of our Guest Chef Dinner Series. A benefit event, donations are requested in support of The Aspen Homeless Shelter, a vital organization that serves the most vulnerable members within our community.

The Little Nell will present an evening of wine, film, conversation and live music on Sunday, April 3, from 6 – 10 p.m. The wine-centric event will serve as the ski season closing celebration at Chair 9, The Nell’s acclaimed après-ski bar.

The 2016 James Beard Awards Foundation semifinalists were announced this morning and, for the second time in three years, element 47 at The Little Nell has made the prestigious list for Outstanding Wine Program.
