The Little Nell is proud to partner with the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies (ACES) for the grand finale of our Ride & Dine summer series. Join us for our last Ride & Dine dinner of the season on Thurs., Aug. 27, at ACES’ Rock Bottom Ranch in Basalt.

The Little Nell is proud to partner with Valrhona Chocolate for a decadent evening showcasing sweet and savory flavors. As the exclusive chocolate supplier for The Little Nell, a representative from Valrhona will speak to the history of the brand and the nuances of each course pairing and also provide sweet souvenirs for all guests.

Adding to an already action-packed list of summer adventure offerings, The Little Nell introduces Stargazing Jeep Tours led by an adventure concierge from The Nell and an astronomy expert from Aspen High School. Guests meet at the hotel just before sunset to depart in a Jeep Rubicon loaded with state-of-the-art binoculars, food & beverage from element 47, and blankets for the ride down.

The Little Nell is pleased to announce Matt Zubrod as Executive Chef. Matt initially joined The Little Nell as the Executive Chef of The Sundeck in April 2015 before being promoted to oversee all culinary operations for the hotel’s restaurants, banquets and in-room dining in June.

The Adventure Center at The Little Nell is now open for Summer 2015, serving as the staging ground for family excursions, adrenalin-inducing adventures, kids’ specific activities and more.
