Efren has been with Aspen Skiing Company for eight years. He opened the Limelight Hotels in Aspen, Colo., and Ketchum, Idaho. Prior to joining Aspen Skiing Company, he opened the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge in Phoenix, Ariz. Efren has lived in Southern California; Toronto, Ontario; Washington D.C.; and Phoenix, Ariz., bringing a broad diversity of experience to Aspen Skiing Company’s Hospitality Division, where he continually looks for ways to elevate the employee experience.
