- Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner.
- This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Continental United States who are 21 years of age and older and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations.

Contest Details:
1. Eligibility: This Instagram Contest is open to persons 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Little Nell & Visit Aspen employees and former employees and their families are not eligible to enter or to win.
2. Contest Period: Starting at 3 pm Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, August 10, 2022, to 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, August 17, 2022.
3. Contest Entry Restrictions: Entrants may participate in the Contest by following The Little Nell (@TheLittleNell) and Visit Aspen (@aspenco) on Instagram, liking, and tagging at least (1) friend on promotional post(s). Upon completing these requirements, eligible entrants will be entered into the Contest for one (1) chance to win (i.e. one entry). Entrants are restricted to one (1) entry per person. By entering, you are identifying yourself as the rightful owner of your personal information, and you are giving The Little Nell & Visit Aspen permission to use your name and social media ID for any publicity purposes.

Awarding of Prize:
The Prize will be awarded by random draw from all eligible contest entries received during the applicable contest period. The Prize will be awarded to the entrant who has complied with these rules. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers of the Prize will be allowed. The Prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner of the contest. Prize will be forwarded to the winner within one (1) week once the winner has contacted The Little Nell/Visit Aspen team with the mailing address for the certificate and gifts. The selected winning entrant will be contacted by Instagram direct message at least two (2) times within seven (7) days after the draw.
