Aspen Fine Dining at Element 47

Tucked inside The Little Nell, Element 47 is where Aspen comes to dine well. Think Colorado Contemporary cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a wine program that’s been built with care, depth, and a sense of discovery. Recognized by the Michelin Guide, the menu highlights local wagyu, house-made pastas, and seasonal produce, all guided by the season and plated with intention.
 
The name is a nod to Aspen’s silver roots—Element 47—the metal that first put this town on the map. Today, that legacy lives on in a dining room that feels warm, polished, and quietly iconic.

Element 47 serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus an all-day bar menu. Behind every meal is a team of culinary and wine professionals who help define The Little Nell’s rare Five-Star, Five-Diamond distinction—year after year.

Our Breakfast Buffet is now offered daily from 7:00am to 10:30am, alongside an à la carte menu served from 7:00am to 11:00am.

Enjoy a private wine tasting, catered to your every need and hosted by one of our sommeliers. For a more elevated experience, reserve a private wine dinner with a customized menu and hand-selected wine pairings, including a consultation with our Wine Director and Executive Chef. The Living Room

An extension of Element 47, resembles a private residence tucked away in the Alps. This cozy space wraps around our two-sided fireplace with intimate arrangements of comfortable seating. An ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine and sample the Element 47 bar menu.
