Signature menu items include a wagyu Bolognese and the beloved Ajax Wagyu double cheeseburger with truffle fries. Our Après-ski menu features pristine raw bar selections, including fresh oysters, shrimp and crab, as well as an abundance of fine wines, signature martinis, and microbrews.
