With a deep-rooted passion for hospitality and crafting meaningful moments, Megan brings a wealth of experience from some of the country’s most celebrated destinations. Her career began in the vineyards of Napa Valley at Meadowood, followed by roles at the Four Seasons Chicago and Boka Restaurant Group, where she mastered the art of off-premise catering and orchestrated events across the city’s most iconic venues. Most recently, Megan spent several years in Hawaii, leading event teams at Four Seasons Lana’i and 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay on Kauai.
Drawn to the mountains by both the natural beauty and the caliber of events produced here, Megan now calls Aspen home. At The Little Nell, she thrives on the creative energy of her team and the opportunity to bring unforgettable celebrations to life in a setting that’s as inspiring as it is intimate.
Outside of work, you’ll find Megan hiking mountain trails with her Australian Shepherd, learning to ski, sampling Aspen’s vibrant food scene, or soaking up live music under open skies.
