
Megan moved to Aspen in 2024 to join The Little Nell team after graduating from Cornell University's Nolan School of Hotel Administration. She began as a Food and Beverage Manager in Training, where she discovered her love of events while working alongside the Banquets Team.
Upon completing her Manager in Training program, she became a Sales & Events Coordinator and quickly progressed into the role of Internal Events Coordinator. Her dedication and hard work have allowed her to successfully lead many of The Little Nell’s internal and community engagement events, including the Tree Lighting Ceremony, Easter Egg Hunt, Ride & Dine, and Clip-In.
Megan feels grateful every day to work in a place where she can pursue her passions for both high-caliber events and skiing. When she is not hard at work at The Little Nell, she can often be found on the slopes and has earned her 100-day pin every winter since arriving in Aspen. During the summer, she still spends as much time outdoors as possible, hiking, camping, and paddleboarding.
