JESSICA Evans, EVENTS MANAGER
Born and raised in Aspen, local Jessica Evans always jumped at the opportunity to showcase the allure of this small mountain town. She continually rediscovered a love for The Roaring Fork Valley through the eyes of someone experiencing it for the first time. In 2010, Jessica received a degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Elementary Education and a focus in English Education from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. After graduating and some time spent traveling, she returned to her hometown to teach at the Aspen School District "Cottage" and then at the Aspen Country Day School. Throughout college and early in her teaching career, Jessica's interest in event planning peaked. In 2016 the owner of EKS Events, a parent of one of her students, offered her a job, opening the door into the "world of events." After a stint of managing events at Bluebird Productions and Kemo Sabe, Jessica was drawn to The Little Nell for the expectations and caliber of excellence that the events team is so widely regarded for, joining as an Events Manager in the spring of 2023. From the enjoyment and pride she radiates when managing and producing events, it is clear that there is no better way to showcase Aspen than from the views and venues The Little Nell events team offers. In her free time, Jessica loves to cook and host guests in her own home while also spending as much time enjoying all things nature related, from uphillling, cross-country, and downhill skiing in the winter - to hiking, strolling through the local farmer's markets, outdoor concerts, and the rodeo in the summer.
