and Chef/Proprietor at Fruition Restaurant
in Denver creating seasonally-inspired dishes with flavors inherent to the changing seasons. Although the restaurants have garnered awards and rave reviews since opening, Seidel himself has been the recipient of even more accolades. He earned one of the most celebrated nods in the industry when Food & Wine Magazine
named him a Best New Chef in 2010 and in 2018 he won what is considered one of the highest honors in the national restaurant community when he was named Best Chef: Southwest by the James Beard Foundation. In addition, 5280 named him the Chef of the Year title in 2008, Denver Magazine gave him the title in 2009, Seidel cooked at the 20th Anniversary of “Dinners Across America” and was an opening chef of Aspen’s Chefs Club by Food & Wine.
