Hosted by Australia’s first Master of Wine Michael Hill Smith, enjoy a selection of ten Australian wines paired with four courses. Our hearts and thoughts are with our Australian friends, colleagues and loyal guests who are in extreme crisis due to widespread wildfires. All proceeds from this dinner will be directed to a wildfire relief fund created by Aspen Snowmass.
