Few seats in Aspen are as coveted as those on The Little Nell Powder Cat. Reserve yours and you’ll have a powder day to yourself (well, with up to 11 others) on the backside of Aspen Mountain. Each tour averages 10-12 untracked runs on a blank canvas of intermediate to expert terrain, followed by an intimate late lunch at a wood stove-heated cabin in the heart of the Elk Mountains. The cabin comes complete with a complimentary chair massage therapist who will relax your muscles after your exhilarating backcountry workout. Lunch offerings are perfectly paired with wines from around the world, specially bottled for our restaurant, element 47. Your knee-deep hosts for the day are The Little Nell’s Managing Director, Simon Chen and Director of Sales & Marketing, Pete Hayda, as well as our Ski Concierge aces. Winter Adventures are exclusive to guests of The Little Nell, Residences at The Little Nell and The Limelight Hotel.

Brazilian Chef Thomas Troisgros will take over element 47 for a one night only, five-course dinner. Thomas is part of the fourth generation of chefs in the Troisgros family, a revolutionary name in contemporary gastronomy. He currently works in his family’s restaurants in Brazil, alongside his father Claude.
