Take in the breathtaking mountain views from above by embarking on a tandem paragliding adventure. Experience the perfect blend of thrill and tranquility as you soar high above picturesque Aspen. Paragliding is the simplest and purest form of aviation, which involves using a non-powered inflated wing to launch from hillsides and mountain slopes. Enjoy a bird's-eye view of the area as you paraglide off the front side of Aspen Mountain and feel the sensation of soaring high in the sky like a bird. Thanks to its partnership with the Aspen Skiing Company, the U.S. Forest Service, the City of Aspen, and Pitkin County, Aspen Paragliding has exclusive access to local teaching sites. The entire experience takes approximately two hours, and the duration of the flight may vary depending on the weather and wind conditions of the day.
Paragliding is suitable for people aged 10 to 75 years old, and your tandem flight includes a ground school course in paragliding that covers all the information required by the FAA about your flight.
