GENERAL MANAGER, Todd Salvadore
Todd Salvadore joined The Little Nell as general manager of element 47 in the fall of 2016. Originally from Alexandria, Va., he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. An IT aficionado with a penchant for hospitality, Todd parlayed his skills and training into his first job out of school, first working as a network administrator for the Red Lion Inn in Stockbridge, Mass., then became its dining room supervisor. He next moved to Las Vegas where he worked in fine dining as a server at Alize at the Palms Hotel. Todd continued on his path in restaurant hospitality, working as a restaurant and lounge developer at SPICE in Pittsfield, Mass., a general manager and dining room manager at several restaurants in Washington, D.C, including Charlie Palmer Steak House, as well as Range. He’s thrilled to call Aspen home and work at an establishment as renowned for its wine and culinary program as element 47. When he’s not at work, Todd loves the outdoors and in the summertime can be found on the links.
