PM Restaurant MANAGER, Caitlin Yost
Caitlin Yost started working in the restaurant industry when she was 14 years old, scrubbing dishes and floors in a fine pastry shop. She worked in restaurants all through college until graduating from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics & Policy. Cailtin was drawn back to the industry when she realized how much she missed the genuine human connection of hospitality. She spent several years overseas in Australia and New Zealand working at Relais & Chateaux properties and other highly-acclaimed resorts, including Appellation at The Louise in Barossa Valley, Australia; Emirates One & Only Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa in Wolgan Valley, Australia; Matakauri Lodge in Queenstown, New Zealand and TOPPER’S at The Wauwinet on Nantucket Island, MA, where she was Maitre d’Hotel. She joined The Little Nell in the fall of 2016. Outside of work, she loves cooking, backpacking, skiing, watching college football, horseback riding and traveling above all else (she’s already planning a trip to her 30th country).
