GENERAL MANAGER, JEFF MOSES
Jeff began his culinary career as a teenager working in his father’s handmade chocolate shop. This path continued at an upscale seafood restaurant while studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Utah. In the end it was Jeff’s love of the mountains, coupled with the passion for food and wine, that landed him at The Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley. He served in several capacities, most recently as Director of Restaurant Operations. During Jeff’s ten years there, the hotel became Utah’s first and only Five-Star, Five-Diamond property. Jeff joined The Nell in late 2015, moving to the Roaring Fork Valley with his wife, their young daughter and two dogs. When he's not overseeing element 47, Jeff can be found enjoying the mountain lifestyle on his skis and bikes.
