In support of Relais & Châteaux's
Food for Change campaign, Element 47 will offer a special three-course dinner menu highlighting
local Jimmy Nardello peppers, along with a bounty of produce from local farms focused on sustainability and organic practices. Nearly 200 Relais & Châteaux chefs in over 50 countries will be celebrating local, seasonal cuisine alongside us. The Little Nell stands up for biodiversity year-round by supporting small-scale farmers and producers and reducing food waste.
