The Bars

The Little Nell offers three bars, each with its own matchless appeal, individual gourmet themes, and thorough collection of wine, beer, and spirits.

The Montagna Bar offers guests a sophisticated haven that’s ideal for a small gathering of friends or a romantic rendezvous.

The Terrace Bar is a casual gathering place with a lively atmosphere that’s been recognized as one of the best après ski lounges in the country. Open from 3pm – until the party winds down, the Terrace Bar overlooks the courtyard and Aspen Mountain and serves an incredible selection of Global tapas culled from native cuisines along the 13th Parallel. The Terrace Bar is open during our winter season.

The Living Room is a bright yet cozy space that wraps around our two-sided fireplace with intimate arrangements of comfortable furniture. An ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine and sampling off of the Montagna Bar menu.

Our featured cocktail for the 2010 winter season, as seen in February issue of Food and Wine Magazine:

Snow White Recipe
1.5 oz. Frangelico
1.5 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
Steamed Milk
Double Espresso
Ground Cinnamon

In an 8 oz glass pour in Frangelico and Godiva
Add steamed milk
Top with froth from milk
Let settle about 30 seconds
Slowly pour in double espresso to create a layered effect
Dust top with Cinnamon
