Aspen Restaurants at the Little Nell

At The Little Nell, our goal is to nourish each moment of your stay, and never more so than with our fine dining. Settle into a chair at one of our two restaurants or three bars, and you will find that in little ways as well as big, our menus are put together to surprise and delight. Enjoy house-made preserves from our Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant, Element 47 or Truffle fries twenty steps from the gondola at the patio of Ajax Tavern.

Please note that the hotel and all dining outlets, with the exception of Ajax Tavern, are closed for the season, reopening on May 21. Ajax Tavern will be closed for the season starting April 22.
